PetAir UK helped with clearing customs at LHR and onward transportation. The real star of the show however was Arnie, the driver. He was so kind and considerate and clearly loves cats. He kept us updated as to their arrival time and once delivered stayed on another 20 minutes to ensure they had settled into their new home. It’s stressful flying pets long haul especially in this case where due to delays they incurred an additional 12 hour wait inside their crates before flying. A little empathy goes a long way.

Great service. Worth every penny! Our dog, Zoey, was very relaxed when we picked her up from the airport. Everyone was very helpful from the moment we made enquires to the very warm and friendly driver who picked her up for her flight. We never had to worry about paperwork. It was all taken care of. Moved from London to Denver recently and our two cats arrived safely. Pet Air was very communicative, but the thing they could do better would be to explain what to do, step-by-step, once you arrive at your destination and go through customs. Complete confusion when we arrived but we managed to sort it out.
