Had a great experience with this vet practice. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the start. My dog Lyla went in to be spayed, and Tina and Willie were really reassuring and professional, making the whole process much less stressful. Lyla was well looked after, and the receptionist was lovely, even telling me how well she had done. The aftercare was excellent too—they phoned to check in on her, which really showed how much they care. Highly recommend!

We recently had to put our dog to sleep sadly. I knew there was something wrong with her but after multiple vet visits at another vet we still had no resolution. Willie was able to identify the issue straight away and referred us to the right place to get the answers we needed. We would like to sincerely thank Willie and the entire team at PetVets for your kindness, compassion, and support during such a sad time. We have also had to put two of our foster dogs to sleep with you in the past, and on every occasion you have shown such genuine empathy and understanding. Each time we have had paw/nose prints and some dog hair, these little things mean so much to us. The team is consistently so accommodating, supportive, and reassuring—nothing ever feels like too much trouble. Even although it is a bit further travel for us, we will take all of our dogs to PetVets from now on.
