Big shout out to Penmellyn Vets in St Austell, I needed to have my beloved cat put to sleep today ( Harry Payne) he was 20 so had a good life! They were absolutely amazing, from booking the appointment to arriving in tears and then seeing Mat the vet, everyone made a very hard time much more bearable so Thank You !

Took my cat to Penmellyn vets and as always greeted by lovely receptionists on arrival, very friendly and welcoming. Vet was superb in engaging with my cat and administered her annual inoculations and bravecto dose and milbimax which was also due and Iād phoned ahead for this. The vet is Oana Belghir and she was brilliant in caring for my cat when administering inoculations etc and very knowledgeable in her role. I had forgot to take my cats record booklet and Oana said itās all on the computer system, but when passing drop it in and they will record it in booklet. So I went in day after next and a lovely warm welcome again , as always by receptionists one whose name is Jess , who recorded all the data into my booklet/ records for me so itās all up todate. And another young lady sat beside her whose name I didnāt get was equally pleasant and my visits are always a first class experience. Highly recommend this vet pratice. Also on any occasion I have had to ring , phone is always answered quickly.A big keep up the good work and thanks to all.

I had to visit Penmellyn vets whilst staying in St Austell as my golden retriever had become lame whilst walking on the south west coast path. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, Iād booked online where there was one afternoon slot but when I phoned that morning they were able to fit me in within the hour which was very helpful as we had 3 more days of walking planned and I needed to know whether sheād be able to do it! Very welcoming reception area and staff and we saw the vet very promptly who examined my dog thoroughly and gave sensible pragmatic advice. Reasonable consultation fee and medication for such a comprehensive, urgent appointment. I would be very happy if this practice was my local vet! Thank you
