Always amazing, flawless service and level of care. I couldn't be there when my eldest cat was sent over the rainbow bridge due to self isolating and the card in the post was just what I needed. When collecting her little casket today I had a bit of a moment and broke down when the lovely lady on reception brought her out to me. I needed a cuddle in that moment but her voice and words made me feel a lot better when I couldn't get my words out. The service when I take my 1 year old kitten in is also always amazing too, even if she is terrified every time 😂.

Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to our wonderful 15 yo Staffie Sasha recently. Obviously we were heartbroken, but the staff at Penmellyn were so compassionate & caring & handled everything calmly & professionally. I can't thank everyone @ Penmellyn vets enough, & Gina, you were an absolute star. Wonderful people. Rip Sash & thanks for the memories
