What pet owners say
Amazing practice and staff! We can’t thank the team enough for the care they gave our dog last year whilst we were on holiday. Thanks to them we actually got a rare eye condition diagnosed that had gone missed for years! They were so kind to us and Izzy was treated like royalty bless her. We even go to Newquay on holiday even more now that we know we have an amazing vets we can rely on as Izzy is 13 with some health issues. So thank you everyone! X

Everyone was kind and helpful, they got my dog in for an op within days and they seemed to really care. I was able to get seen quickly in the following days to get her checked over and everything was explained clearly to me.

I would 100% recommend. We are with another vet practice but unfortunately our Jack Russell had tummy issues so we had to find another practice to take him as ours was shut (Saturday). We phoned another who was going to charge us £180 just to see him. Then we phoned Penmellyn, they answered straight away, we phoned at 3.15 and they booked us in at 3.30. We were actually filling in Jack’s details on the way to the practice. When we arrived the two ladies at the desk were lovely and professional and calmed me in my panicked state. They made such a fuss of Jack and were so so kind. The vet gave Jack a detailed examination and prescribed us painkillers and a paste to put on his food (other practices have charged us for unnecessary X-rays etc in the past) we were willing to pay anything to help our boy. The vet was so knowledgable and answered my husband’s thousands of questions. We needed flea treatment as well so they booked our other dog in (he was in the car) straight away. All of our medication was waiting for us as we left the consultants room and they clearly explained how to administer it. We were so looked after, our dogs were made a fuss of, Dylan was given a tasty treat and we were so impressed that we have made the decision to switch vets straight away. Thank you 🙏
