What pet owners say
Outstanding. Above and beyond my high hopes. I was terrified of my little dog having an anaesthetic and expected myself to chicken out of getting his teeth cleaned. A steady dog, his only weakness is a severe attachment to me, anxious at even loss of sight of me. I feared a spell at the vet away from me might cause permanent anxieties. After a consultation with Theo I was reassured and went ahead. The vet was true to his word and treated both the dog and me with truly amazing sensitivity whilst remaining professional. I took in the dog's own little bed and in it, Theo gave him a sedative sending him into a calm sleepy state before taking him off for the anaesthetic and procedure. The dog was back with me and in his bed within the hour and left with me to quietly wake up. Just wonderful compassionate treatment. The nursing staff were just as caring and professional. Thank you all. Kay Jeffrey.

Fabulous service, same day appointment . We were out the area on holiday and worried about getting a vet to see us. This surgery was so welcoming and helpful, so glad we are now registered and would not hesitate it using again. Thank you from Flynn 🐾

We've been with this vet for the past 19 years and have always been more than happy with the service. The vets gave whole life care to my Rainbow Bridge puppies, Mouse and Luna, they always got treated with dignity and respect. They can coax a wag from Castiel, our anxious Jackeranian who is 7kg of crazy puppiness at home, but a bit of a scaredy cat outside. They also look after Willow, our 10 year old Shorkie, Cleo, our 12 year old rescue Jack Russell, Percival, our 3 year old Jack Russell and Mia, our new 11 week old Cocker Spaniel puppy beautifully. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Special shout out to Sylvia who does most of the caring for our pack, and Remco who is always lovely.

This was the SIXTH vet I have been to in the area. The previous 5 ALL felt the best option for a perfectly healthy FIV+ cat they had not even examined was euthanasia! I was so grateful that this was not even a suggestion here, in fact, it was also the first vet where the veterinarian actually had compassion and feeling for the patient. I will definitely be staying with this vet for any future care needs. The vet was so gentle with Kitty, ( the first 6 years of his life he suffered extreme physical abuse, leaving him terrified of humans) which resulted in him being as calm as possible during his visit. I wish I had found this vet when Kitty first arrived at my door.
