As always, friendly, helpful and approachable reception desk staff. I was impressed by vet Anna’s thorough examination and recommended treatment plan. She was very gentle when examining my dog’s painful and infected ear canal. Anna also listened carefully and offered good advice about my worries regarding Maia’s eating/drinking and regurgitation and possible sensitivity to certain foods.
