My pets have been registered with the Clifton Road branch of Paxton vets for the last 20 years. I can honestly say that i have had nothing but good experiences with their service. The care provided by the Vets and the nurses is always compassionate and informative and i have confidence in the care they provide. The reception staff are friendly,helpful and welcoming. The practice manager has proved to be a great source of support and reassurance, nothing is too much trouble for her. I highly recommend Paxton based on my positive experience over a long period of time. The care they provide is second to none and my dogs love attending the practice which is a good testament to their compassion.

We have been taking our family pets to Paxton for 20 years and have always had exceptional care. Most recently our 1 year old dog Winnie has been suffering with an awful case of Haemorrhagic Gastroenteritis and we can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion they have provided. From the receptionists to the Vets and the Nurses, everyone is welcoming, caring and knowledgable and genuinely want the best outcome for our beloved pet. A very special thank you to the practice manager, Louisa. Her communication has been outstanding throughout, and she has shown incredible compassion and empathy for not only Winnie but for our family, who are also struggling emotionally during this difficult time. We are so grateful for the support provided. We feel incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary practice looking after Winnie and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paxton Vets to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. We’ve been with Paxton Vets Clifton Rd for many years. They’ve helped both are cats so much in that time and are always so friendly and caring. We’ve got both our cats on the Pet Health Club Plus which has been a godsend as they are both there quite often! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the area.
