I just want to say a big thank you to the vet who saw fetty today! My dog was really scared and nervous to return to a new vets as she has had bad experiences at prior ones he was clam with fetty and fully understanding of her become very scared and trying to protect herself yet still trying to be loving he could see this from the start!! Tried his best to make her happy and didnt keep pushing her we decided to go with a medication that should clam her and make her relaxed to be seen the next day i also was not charged for the initial appointment just the medication so this vets is 100% not just about money! They seem to care more than enough for animals and i cant wait to have them as my regular vets! Thank you again so much for the fast registering and the same day appointment!

I have been coming here for 4 years with my 2 cats and just started bringing my puppy recently as well. I'd like to start by saying one of my cats has had just about everything under the sun wrong with her. The most major event had her in the overnight emergency for 2 weeks where she almost died multiple times and we quickly ran out of her 7k policy for the year. They were extremely good about not asking us to pay much up front at all and even when there was some confusion about our insurence providers they were super kind and patient and we eventually figured it out (the mistake was on our end) and the director was beyond kind about it. They have always putt south effort into figuring out what's wrong with poor Mary. Recently she needed two teeth extracted and after the surgery with how her mouth sits will now need to a second surgery, this happens some times and despite it being in no way their fault they have offered to do the second surgery for free. All vets are expensive these days but the generosity here has made me a very loyal customer. Now that I beingg my dog my vet (Joe) is amazing with her. She is on the bigger side and he knows just how to be with her. Not to mention he is supporting me feeding raw and giving lots of advice which I find very few vets are willing to work with. Im constantly finding myself gold I found this place for one reason or another and knowing I'll be moving in a year or two I have to say they are what I'll miss most.
