Easily, the best vets we’ve ever been to. All of the staff here are lovely. There’s plenty of free parking. We always manage to get seen quickly. Emma in particular has been really helpful with looking after my dogs ongoing treatment. Their discount pet plan helps to keep costs down too. Really nice people to deal with.

Our pet dog Sparkie came here for years and he always loved it. All the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately Sparkie was put to sleep on 21st January and everyone was so very kind and helpful. The vet and nurse were very professional but so compassionate explaining everything to us and giving us plenty of time to take everything in. Although it was one of the worst decisions we have ever had to make we felt truly supported and for that we will always be grateful. So thank you from us and Sparkie for all your help and kindness.

I can't thank paws colchester enough for the incredible care they gave my dog bambi during her spay today. From the moment we arrived, the team was so kind and compassionate, making what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and reassuring. What truly touched me was how they went above and beyond — they allowed me to stay with my girl while they gave her the pre-meds, even dimming the lights and letting me sit quietly with her until she peacefully fell asleep. It meant the world to me to be there for her in those moments, and I’ll never forget their kindness. It’s clear this team doesn’t just treat animals — they genuinely care.
