Honestly, I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been taking my cat there for over a year now, the staff is amazing, and the doctors are wonderful. It is really helpful and knowledgeable. Caring, friendly and knowledgeable. I changed to this vet and I’m certain Kate saved my cat’s life after my previous vet did very little. Cannot recommend enough.

The staff at Park Vets Swanley are exceptional. Don’t know what we would do without Kate and her team. Thank you for looking after our Phoebe when we thought we were going to loose her, Kate and her team never gave up and came up with a number of options to help get Phoebe back on the road to her old self.
