What pet owners say
Dr. Coco was absolutely brilliant. She was incredibly kind, reassuring, and always had a big smile on her face. In fact, everyone at Park Vets was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Thank you all for taking such great care of Peggy and for your professionalism throughout her surgery to remove the grass seed from her nose. It was so reassuring to know she was in such capable hands. What really stood out was how happy everyone seemed to be. It was wonderful to see a team that clearly enjoys what they do and brings such a positive attitude to every interaction. We truly appreciate everything you did for Peggy. She is recovering well and is sending lots of cocker spaniel love to the whole team! 🐾❤️

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff and the vets were incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. You can really tell it’s a great place when your dog is happy to walk in on its own without any hesitation. The care and compassion shown by the whole team made us feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

I would like to say a special thanks to Jenny at Park Vets for looking after our cat Luna. Luna unfortunately had to have dental surgery a couple of weeks ago and she had to have 8 teeth removed 😬. It was quite a big operation and her healing has been slow due to the amount of stitches she had. Also, the impact of the surgery has affected Luna and she is really cautious and nervous and getting her to come indoors to try and get her back for her post operation check ups has been very difficult. Jenny has been so patient and understanding and has been flexible in accommodating us, around catching Luna for her appointment. Jenny is so kind and it's obvious that she loves helping animals. She is so lovely with Luna and I have every faith that she is in very capable hands. Jenny genuinely cares and spends time listening to us and getting to know the animals she is treating. I think Jenny deserves recognition for going above and beyond and for the love she has shown our Luna! ❤️

I took my 11y old German Shepherd to Parkvets Sidcup and saw Dr Georgia. She was very empathetic, thorough and gave practical advice. She inspired confidence and I trusted her from the outset — something that is so very important. She suggested a scan of Bella’s chest & abdomen and I am truly pleased she did it because it ruled out severe pathology, guided treatment options and gave us peace of mind —which is priceless. I now have a proper pain management plan in place which I feel happy and confident about. She also assured me that there are more options available if Plan A proves ineffective. The staff on Reception were also very kind and offered Bella water and a treat. It was a huge struggle to get Bella to the car (her mobility is severely impaired and she is blind) and they helped me — really going out of their way. I would highly recommend this practice without any hesitation!
