What pet owners say
We have been using Psrk vets for almost 10 years now. Very happy with the care and time for our two dogs yesterday who needed their annual vaccinations and also kennel cough update. The vet I believe was Georgie or another lady and she listened to the dogs breathing and admitted injections with no fuss to the dogs who always get a little over excited. Straight forward and in and out within an hour. I also want to mention the lady at reception who was on her own initially with a few of us arriving at the same time. She was lovely. Polite and asked if doggies could have treats so they would be weighed without fuss. Worked well. Great service.

We attended Park Vets Sidcup for a check up with our very very anxious schnauzer. He gets extremely anxious at the vets and Lyuben went over and beyond TBH and spent time reassuring our doggy to get him checked over. He gave us some advice for future visits. Staff are always friendly and helpful on reception and the nurses are always friendly and kind. We choose to travel to the Sidcup branch even though this isn’t our closest branch because they are great with our particular doggy.

They looked after my boy so well and made such a fuss over him. These people really love their jobs and that's the kind of thing well thebmsot important thing that I care about. They are compassionate and friendly and so helpful. They explain everything in detail and make you feel at ease without any worries. Thank you so much again.

We found one of our three cats "Pepper" immobile, low heart rate and eyes flicking like seizures outside. We rushed her to the nearest Vets. Park Vets. I actually work very local and so knew of them however I'd not heard amazing things. Let me put that straight. I was told over the phone to say it was an emergency I walked in holding Pepper and was ushered through immediately by a lovely lady at reception. My wife drove and I had my two young daughters with me. As I don't drive we had no choice like it or not my kids were having to go through this too. They were naturally upset. Lady on reception ushered us through to a dedicated room and offered my girls drinks. Pepper was already being seen by the vet who'd been taken and was being checked. The team at Park Vets Sidcup guided us through every step of the way from entering the Vets to leaving. They helped arrange/did everything from outstanding customer service to above and beyond for us in terms of giving us every single option and ensuring we knew how to access it. Pepper sadly had a turn for the worse, she'd had seizures on way to the vets. We knew what little hope was left was futile. However worth trying for. After the latest turn their truly was nothing they could do bar offer pain relief. I signed the consent and she was put to sleep 30th December 2025. I cannot thank the receptionist, girl who helped us with paperwork and both vets we saw enough and I'm sure their were people behind the scenes who deserve credit too. Thank you. You guys were awesome. Thanks for making Peppers last moments gentle ones. 5 stars.
