Very pleased with the service provided. Was able to book an appointment online very easily. The receptionist was very welcoming and the vet explained my cat's problem's very clearly. Wasn't pressured into buying goods I didn't need, which was nice. Would happily recommend this vet to others.

Was able to get an appointment for my cat with the vet in just 2 days' time. When we arrived there, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Another pet owners cat was being seen as I waited, and said his cat felt safe and secure with the vet and was behaving so well for her. The vet was calm and listened to my concerns as my cat was very anxious and gets stressed easily. She was patient and showed great gentleness with my cat. The vet was thorough and saw to my cats lump (a cyst) effectively and provided my cat with pain relief and advised an antiseptic to use on the wound after ensuring it was empty and clean. Afterwards, the vet gave my cat an overall check-up. The cost for all treatments was very reasonable. Had a nice chat with the receptionist after while waiting for my son to pick us up. Highly recommend.
