What pet owners say
I’d like to say Thankyou to Witham for being fab & lending us a cat carrier for my little boy Billy last week. You got us into the hospital at Hykeham within 25 mins. The ladies on reception on both are fab, they couldn’t have been nicer & also the nurse that at the time was so helpful & saw today on her way home to update her. 4 star review was the vet, he made me feel terrible that I couldn’t afford £1800 at the time to keep my cat in for 3 days. Billy is thriving & thank you to the lovely ladies that made my 9 year old feel at ease. X

Health check and vaccination day, arrived early and was greeted by two happy smiling reception staff they even remained happy and smiling after and to my horror, Roscoe left a deposit on the reception floor and a clean up was required, luckily I had bags in my pocket so we only needed a mop n bucket Seeing the vet was a great experience, very friendly and many questions asked regarding habits and health of naughty dog.

My dog has aggression anxiety at the vets and I’ve took him to other vets before and they have been abysmal with him, too afraid to even go near him despite him being muzzled and refusing to sedate him so I booked an appointment at Park View Vets and they got him sedative tablets the same day and his appointment first thing the next day and we had such a positive experience. The vet was truly amazing with him, she was on her hands and knees and despite a few growls she was still persistent in offering him care with so much positive reinforcement and gave him pats and treats prior and after the appointment which shows me her understanding of behavioural issues that he is not a bad dog, just a scared one. I felt like he really warmed to her and she was able to treat him to the highest standard he has ever had before. She was direct and honest and gave us many options of treatment plans and encouraged us to stay in touch with his progress pictures via email which I think is such good practice. The reception staff were also lovely and welcoming so for a first experience at Park View vet I would definitely be trusting them again.

We have only just joined Park View but can't rate the whole experience highly enough. Registering was simple and staff were very accommodating over the phone with regards to getting a prompt appointment. A warm and helpful welcome on arrival with good explanation of facilities and services. A professional examination with clear identification of injury, medication and after care needed. Thoroughly recommended. Thank you for making Spike's first visit so easy and stress free!
