What pet owners say
We were on holiday and needed our dog to see a vet urgently due to a grass seed in her ear. I was able to book an online appointment that morning. The staff were all incredibly friendly and she was seen to and the seed removed under sedation that morning. Amazingly good service - just wish we lived in the area.

I brought my cat Esis to Park Issa last week I was concerned about her. However the very kind vet Jo who already met Esis in October when she was very unwell (& a special thanks to Nikki who looked after her the night she spent in Park Issa in October) spent time listening to my concerns & giving me advice. I came away feeling very reassured & Esis is doing very well. Many thanks to all the staff ...very friendly receptionists & capable nurses ...& of course thanks again to Jo. We had a great experience at Park Issa, where they carried out our cat Teddy's annual vaccine and health check. They were very thorough, helpful and professional, which made for a calming experience for both ourselves and our cat. The place was very clean and the staff all had smiles and were very welcoming. When looking after my dog Jellybean, the whole team from administration to nurses to surgeons treated her so well and kept me well informed, unfortunately we had to make the decision for jellybean to be put to sleep and the team went above and beyond for her and myself. I’ve now got her paw prints at the side of my bed and they kindly took a hair clipping for me as I forgot. Thank you for making a hard time a little easier, any future animals we have, our vets will always be park Issa :)
