I have been taking my dog here for just over 2 years. Lavinia my vet is brilliant with her and will explain anything I'm unsure about. My dogs treatment has always been consistently very good. The receptionists have always been friendly and welcoming.

I have been with this practice for over 10 years, when i lost my beautiful cat to an illness they were amazing all the way from when she started being poorly until the end. The reception staff, Nurses and Vets were compassionate and caring the whole way through the process. I cant recommend this practice enough. Thank you Oval.

Took my cat vets today as was limping got an appt same day. The vet was so good with him and gentle. The staff are lovely from the reception staff always polite friendly and make a fuss of yr cat. Lots of people complain about the prices but everything has skyrocketed

Oval Pets have been there for us ever since we got our dog Lola at 8 weeks old. Always gave us an appointment straight away and their staff were amazing from beginning to end, especially Mel who loved Lola and always offered her a treat (even though Lola hated being at the vets, but it wasn’t personal!). We had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl last week after 15 years and they were very professional, supportive and compassionate throughout . We received a beautiful card from Oval Pets with an emotional poem and some forget me not seeds to plant in memory of Lola. Thank you for everything and for looking after our beautiful girl 💕🐶🐾🌈💔
