My little kitty is a rescue and very anxious about going to the vets (and some am I!) the team were absolutely amazing, really kind and reassuring. From the reception staff to the nurse who saw us, we both felt really well looked after. There was no rushing, lots of patience and kindness. It’s brilliant that the reception space is really large and allows for cats and dogs to be away from each other. I would absolutely recommend :)

Have used this vets for my previous cats when they were very poorly and had to be put to sleep. The vet and staff were amazing then. I had to book an appointment for my cat as he's getting old and managed to get a same day appointment. The vet was wonderful and so kind to our fur baby. He's got to go back after his blood tests results come back but definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have just adopted a kitten and the staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful. At the kitten's first visit the vet was lovely and gentle with her. Also the advice given was very useful. All over delughted with the experience.
