What pet owners say
Always had excellent care from this practice .Came to my home when I lost my little dog.I now have another dog and would not trust anyone else with her care. The don't push Meds you do not need on to you.Always good with price. However the best thing about this practice is the most important in my book and that is nothing is to much trouble. They listen they care and we leave feeling reassured. Do not hesitate if you have a pet.We had some serious concerns about a Veterinary Practice we used before. We went for a second opinion to this vet and never left. We are now in our ninth year.

The whole team at Otter Vets Sidmouth are amazing. Our boy Frodo was unable to walk for over six months due to arthritis. We changed to this Vets and after his treatment the improvement was obvious to everyone who knew him. Months later he needed an operation on some tumours, the care and gentlessness they gave him was fantastic, keeping us informed throughout. We are devastated as he recently had to go to sleep. The dignity, respect, kindness, friendliness and professionalism has been out of this world. We cannot recommend them highly enough to entrust with the care of any pet. Thank you so much to Leah, Ben and Katrina who all helped throughout and to Nigel and Donna and Catherine for being so helpful and caring to the end with dignity, compassion and respect.

Our elderly dog is usually terrified of vets and our previous vet needed to used a muzzle to treat him. Nigel from Otter Vets was extremely gentle and kind to the point Pip didn’t even seem to notice he was at the vet!

Katrina (vet) answered all my questions so put my fears and concerns to rest. Kathy (receptionist) had already added my next two appointments making sure I had them written in my diary so both secured in the system as I travel a lot Both ladies gave exceptional service. Can’t thank them enough!
