George
We recently had to make the very difficult decision that every pet owners dreads having to make, of having our gorgeous elderly cat out to sleep. Firstly the lovely receptionist that made the booking and greeted us when we arrived was just so kind. Then Katrine was the vet we saw and I cannot sing her praises highly enough. She was just so compassionate and spoke to our cat as much as she did us. She explained the process and gave us time to be with him on our own whilst his sedation did what it had to do. Everything she did was discrete and respectful, exactly the way you would want it to be in their final moments. I can't thank her enough for her kindness to both him and us.

We recently had the misfortune to be advised that our other cat, ‘Pushkin’, was too Ill to undergo treatment. Otter Vets staff were both helpful and sympathetic in sending her on her way, and we weretouched to receive a sympathy card, with a paw imprint enclosed, a few days later.
