Just returned here after a negative experience at vets other side of town after moving house. My dog was happy in the waiting area ( which he isn’t usually) vet Tom was informative and reassuring and my dog was relaxed with him. My dog was even keen to go in on his 2nd visit! Well worth the 20 min drive to make sure my boy is happy!

Orwell Vets have been brilliant and so helpful throughout our time registered with them, in particular just today, when we had to have a prescription ordered at short notice for our dog. All their vets and reception staff are incredibly helpful and understanding and we would whole heartedly recommend and trust this practice. Orwell Vets were also exceptionally helpful when we were travelling abroad and helped us to figure out what was needed in terms of travel documents, both when travelling from the UK and when back from Europe. We can't fault their professionalism and they really go above and beyond to help with some complicated questions around travelling with medication. Thank you Orwell Vets.

Always welcomed as we enter the reception, the vet/nurses are friendly, very thorough when checking our pet and listen and respond/answer any questions we might have giving useful information. We’ve been at this vets for many years, sadly we have had to say goodbye to some lovely cats and dogs here and the staff have always been professionally kind and comforting at our most difficult time
