I have been coming to this vets for years, and I can honestly say they are brilliant. No ask is too big for them, they never make you feel silly if you phone about symptoms you really aren’t sure about and they genuinely feel like they care for my beagles. The reception team are always friendly and approachable, putting you at ease, and recently I have been to see Ira the vet multiple times and she is brilliant. Tells you what you need to know, puts concerns at ease about what you might see in the future and when to worry and when not too. Personally following up on treatments and making sure she is available for follow up visits. Brilliant vets and would highly recommend.

I couldn't wish for a better veterinary practice for my animals. From the first visit Orwell Grange Farm have given nothing but the best and most loving care to my animals. The reception team are fantastic, welcoming and knowledgeable within remit. The Vets are incredible and worth their weight in gold. I literally trust them with my pets lives.

Brilliant vet services. I bring my cat here every 3 months for a basic check-up, pipettes and nail clipping, and always get excellent care. Their Pet Health Club subscription is great value for money as it includes these plus the annual vaccinations. The nurses, vets and receptionists are always friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The Receptionists are super friendly. They always try to make a point of speaking to Fifi, which is so nice. They don't just sit behind the desk they actually make an effort to make you feel welcome. The Vets that iv seen are brilliant. Ira, Lydia and James, always make you feel like nothing is too much trouble, makes me feel at ease, that the things I'm asking are not silly things and I feel happy knowing that iv had really good information from them. Lydia has been so helpful to me last night/this morning with my poorly pet that had an overnight stay with them last night. Couldn't recommend them enough, even though I have 3 vets closer to me, changing is never an option. You can't beat there levels of care.
