Lovely staff from the first phone call as a new client, to the extremely thorough consultation and plan for my vulnerable , elderly cat. The first girl I spoke with tried every avenue to help me after my little cat went blind under another vets. She understood my concern abd was sympathetic to my boy's needs. The male vet we saw was wonderful. Calm, understanding of an upsetting, new situation and willing to help me get the best care plan in place. He explained exactly everything that was happening and we were not rushed out of a door. I am so very grateful to Oaks Vets for everything they've done for us in only one visit. Many thanks to everyone who helped me. I apologise for not remembering names.

I took my cockapoo dog Walter to Oaks vet for checkup and annual booster jag. The vet was very professional, polite and kind when handling Walter and the reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend the Oaks vets to anyone with a pet.

I usually use the Largs branch of Oaks Vets but yesterday I was advised to visit Saltcoats as Largs was busy. I found the staff to be so friendly and kind as well as helpful. After examining my dog the vet prescribed some anti inflammatory tablets. Today all is well. I am glad I went and will not hesitate if in future I need to use them again.
