What pet owners say
Staff always cheerful. Vets always helpful and knowledgeable, very supportive when times are bad. A new cat-friendly area has been added recently so cats are not frightened by dog patients. Very thoughtful!

This veterinary clinic excels in providing exceptional service and support, especially for neurodiverse individuals, setting it apart from others in the field. The Pet Health Club offers great value for money, and the receptionists and staff are incredibly friendly, clearly demonstrating their genuine love for working with animals. While the waiting room can become quite busy during peak times, the clinic thoughtfully provides a sensory box for people of all ages, a feature that significantly benefits neurodiverse clients and is rare in the industry. In terms of accessibility, the Ardrossan South Beach train station is about a 10-minute walk through a park, and there is a bus stop directly adjacent to the clinic, servicing routes 11, 12, 18, and 585. These transportation options make it easy for clients to visit the clinic.
