The exotic team have looked after my two bunnies Mini Vinnie and Dave Bun Mini ended up staying a week and Dave a couple of nights. The whole team looked after them as if they were their own. The vets and vet nurses are so helpful and knowledgeable, kept me updated daily and nothing was too much trouble Couldn't have asked for a better team to treat my two little treasures 🐰😊

Took my hamster for her first nail trim today. Receptionists and nurse were pleasant, couldn't fault them one bit. I was a little anxious myself as little Hammy was took away into the treatment room. Because she wriggles so much when you hold her, I thought the nurses might struggle to trim her nails. But they obviously have their own way to handle them and put them at ease. Anyone who is thinking about taking their hamster to a vet, this is the place.

Excellent exotic vet really knowledgeable and helpful. All staff are so friendly. Great communication throughout the treatment of my tortoises Dino and Tara. You can always what's ap them if your having any issues it's so reassuring to know if needed the support is there. We couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you your all amazing.
