What a fantastic veterinarian hospital. I could not have asked for better treatment for my cat Holly and for myself. From the reception staff and nurses. Special mention to Chris the vet who treated her. He took his time to get to know us and talk about the issues at length. When I left, I had to leave my girl for a few hours, I felt quite calm and trusted Chris completely. They kept me informed about progress and gave a detailed debrief after treatment. TOPNOTCH! The whole place has a calm atmosphere about it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Absolutely incredible Vet Practice! Very knowledgeable and all the staff make a huge effort to know every patient. Despite being a bigger practice, the service is very personalised - they remember us always ask about our other dogs and how things are going. We’ve been registered with the practice for 7 years and we would never go anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff at the practice for taking such great care of our two dogs over the years.

Very impressed by the staff at the hospital. Within minutes of arriving in the Oakham area for a weeks holiday I had to ring the surgery for an emergency appointment. The staff were friendly, empathetic and efficient. I was extremely stressed after a long and trying journey. Vet Chris and the two nurses with him were just so kind to me and I felt very reassured to have them caring for my border collie who is now fully recovered. Highly recommend the practice.

After 6 days/nights my Assistance Dog Sally was released back into my care, after nearly dying (she was given less than a 20% chance of survival) These fine folk saved my darling's life. Highly recommended.
