Having been with this vets for a few years now and had my large breed dog go through a tooth extraction, uterus removal, a lump removal as well as weight loss plan, I have been very pleased with my experience of these vets. Options and treatments have always been explained well and given me time to make decisions with no pressure. Advice I feel has always been fair and with my dogs interest coming first. The staff are always so lovely and enjoy giving my dog the attention she loves!

Been using this vet (castle Bromwich) for yrs since Ian Patterson was there. Wouldn't take my animals any where else recently lost our 12 wk old kitten (charlie black and white) and as alway they were amazing, careing and thoughtfull would always recommend using them. Charlie's brother simba off to see them again soon for his 2nd booster and chipping And to give vet cuddle for helping his brother

It was my first time visiting this practice. I came with a new puppy and my hand reared kitten, who has no manners at all! The practice was nice and clean inside and out. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming which made the whole, potentially stressful, experience a pleasant one.
