I've been taking my little rescue dog here since I first adopted her 5 years ago. She was terrified of everything in the beginning and shook uncontrollably at the vets. All the nurses and vets we saw here were understanding of her anxiety and took care to try and keep her as comfortable as possible which helped a lot. She will never love going to the vet but in the last year or so has been less anxious. It's a small surgery and for me this makes it seem less like other places I've been to where I've felt the approach is less personal and the services overpriced. I would definitely recommend Norwood Road Veterinary Surgery.

Norwood Road Vets have always been good, but they’ve been especially standout when dealing with a recent insurance claim I had to put through for my dog. They have been more than accommodating and patient, and I’m especially grateful to Millie for working quickly and efficiently to send over all the required information including an appeal that eventually led to the claim being approved. It’s been a long process but I’ve been really impressed with how helpful they have been throughout. So appreciative!

Our cat was always extremely stressed during vet appointments at our previous vets, and they were unable to examine him properly. There I was told the problem was the cat, but I'm so glad I moved him to Norwood Road, where they have a calm waiting area with a separate space for cats, to help him feel less panicked about his appointment than being surrounded by dogs. This was a great start to the experience, which only got better once we saw the vet, who was very gentle, kind and patient and was able to do a full examination and top up his vaccines without any fuss. This was a much better experience for our cat and I would highly recommend Norwood Road Vets after our experience!

I've been using Norwood Road Vet Surgery for over 25 years. Staff have come and gone, but their excellent and affordable care has never changed. My dog, Brando, as always, was treated like a VIP (very important pooch) by Carla, Gem, and the rest of the team. Can't recommend it enough.
