My 6 month old puppy suddenly collapsed at home yesterday . I brought her straight up but she was very poorly.in possible anaphylactic shock. She was deteriorating rapidly so needed to go to the RVC for specialist care urgently. They said she needed a pet ambulance to take her as she may not survive the journey. I tried but couldn’t get one quickly and time was running out for her. I came to the practice to take her myself but as her condition was so critical and she needed meds on the way Emma wouldn’t let me take her and instead drove her there herself with a nurse looking after her ! This was at potters bar so not a quick journey in rush hour on the M25. I’m happy to say that my puppy survived and came home the today and this was due to the amazing care and above and beyond actions of this amazing practice. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and wouldn’t leave my pets in the care of anyone else. Forever grateful to them for saving my puppy’s life. Well done Emma and all the team.
