Friendly receptionist in the bright clean welcoming surgery. I explained why we were there and the vet who's name I think was Alice was friendly and asked about our Axolotl's systems and history. She gave her a exam , asked about the tank and spoke about dip stick tests that are really important which we have at home. Didn't feel that a x-ray was needed tho said that she was in Heathall this week coming and we could go to there if we were concerned.

Esmie and Ellie were spayed here. I was worried about them but the vet or nurse who took them for their pre op settled me straight away. When they were out of theatre, they called to tell me that they were waking up and they were doing well. The next morning I was really confused with the medication and the lady was very patient, explaining to me again. Very good vets and very kind staff ❤️
