What pet owners say
The receptionists are very kind and helpful squeezing us in at the last minute. The vets we have seen have all been kind and caring to myself but more importantly my pets. They are extremely thorough with their examinations but most importantly they explain things in-depth and give you options which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic veterinary clinic. Would highly recommend. When I took my dog to the surgery to explain his symptoms, the vet took the time to listen and even take notes with pen and paper as to what I was saying. Very attentive and helpful. Her advice was very helpful too. Brilliant.

Acknowledged promptly when entering the vets, to a lovely friendly receptionist. I arrived early and was seen very quickly, before scheduled, so I was delighted. Vet very nice, kind and great with my dog, as he is extremely anxious. Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars as usual. Thank you to all.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been to a lot of vets practiced over the years and the staff from the vets to nurses to receptionist every single one are just wonderful. Every single time we go in. Day or night they are there. Even on your worst day they are kind compassionate and professional and above all really care. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I could write an essay about them but I’ll just say Thank you Nithsdale.

We always find the staff at the surgery to be highly professional, while also kind and reassuring. They are excellent at settling our anxious cats, Millie and Rosie, who are usually quite worked up about their visits. Their care and compassion really make a difference.
