Freddy was under the weather and had a temp. The vet was able to eliminate any major concerns and give me peace of mind. My appointment was made last minute but they fitted Freddy in and they were very friendly and welcoming. As soon as we walked through the door they knew Freddy and made a fuss of him. I felt that the reception lady actually listened to me. I was a bit confused and I sent an email after I got home regarding Gus' microchip and she very kindly contacted smartchip and entered his microchip number and asked me to contact them myself and check if they had my details with his microchip number.

Can I just say a big thank you to all the staff at New Street Vets. We have over the last few months had to visit with our elderly cat a couple of times and they have been really accommodating with help fitting us in at the beginning and end of the day with literally hardly any notice. They have been extremely compassionate and helpful and I can highly recommend both of the different vets we saw Thank you for making the whole process so much more bearable.

Mia's treatment has not finished yet as she's quite poorly but your literally loving care & professionalism has been second to none. Donna you are so lovely and caring & Claire you've been so kind too. I can tell Mia adores you both. That's why she's been such a good girl. My cat is very particular you know!
