I wasn't registered with this vet, but took my dog in for an emergency when she took a turn. She sadly passed the following day, but every single member of staff I dealt with was completely professional, empathetic and tactfully honest. I'm not sure her name, but in particular the vet who conducted the final prodecure with my dog was excellent, with an excellent manner, extremely kind and caring both to me and my pet. This practice is staffed by people who genuinely care about animals.
