I can’t recommend this vet practice enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome from the reception staff, who are always friendly and professional. It instantly puts you at ease. The vet practice as a whole is fantastic. I have recently been seeing Harriet with one of my dogs after his recent heart murmur diagnosis. She is kind, caring, and understanding. She always listens carefully, and explains everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. It’s obvious she has my dogs’ best interests at heart. In my experience Appointments are easy to arrange, and on the occasions I’ve been especially worried, they’ve even managed to squeeze me in at short notice, which I’ve been so grateful for. The whole team is compassionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to the animals they care for. I feel very lucky to have such a warm, trustworthy, and supportive practice looking after my dogs. An exceptional vet practice that works hard to educate, accommodate pets and owners but most importantly inform and support in difficult situations. Emily the vet and the other staff (receptionists and nurses) helped make a horrific day - manageable. I would highly recommend this practice. Been going to this vets for nearly two years and they are brilliant, warm and welcoming. I’ve had to come here for the bad and the good. Treated with compassion and kindness when having to put down my cat back in January which I cannot thank this practice enough. 6 months later I come back with my new addition and he had the best introduction to the vets! I love that the waiting area has been thoughtfully split into cats and dogs to avoid any unwanted stress. Thank you so much to everyone at New Malden vets!

My dog passed its operation and got discharged today by Harriett and I must say what a lovley person Harriet is very helpful. I have had a very stressful time with this operation and the poor dog had to be re directed to vets now and wow what a bill that was but dog has recovered well. Going forward I do think that you should be able to do a direct debit with vets just a thought. All in all we got there in the end but Harriet very pleasant person. So are the reception team and some of the vets I have seen grace Emily simon Zoe Thanks guys

Such a caring and well run practice. The fact that it is independent makes all the difference. The vets, receptionist and nurses we have dealt with over the last 4 years seem to genuinely care about the animals welfare.
