Had such a lovely experience with vet Sophie this week. She was so patient and extra attentive to my anxious golden retriever. She went above and beyond. And has helped not be as nervous at the vets.

Took my cat Jazzie for the 1st time as we had changed from another vets. They were truly lovely from the minute we stepped through the door. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. The vet Sophie was brilliant & very caring & gentle with her. Gave her a health check & a nail trim too. Thank you so much for treating her & putting our minds at ease as to what was wrong with her. My Vets is a mighty - hopefully benign - conglomerate that has swept over the North West and is now moving into Yorkshire. They operate a modern animal hospital near Blackburn which is open 24 hours for emergencies. Appointments are easy to get (there are 5 branches easily accessible for me) and they use a computerized central appointment system. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
