For the last 8 months since the vet diagnosed a lump on Bentley’s outer mouth I have received excellent care from the vet Ed who has seen Bentley at each visit. Today I had to make the decision to allow Bentley go over rainbow bridge. He died in my arms with the wonderful support, knowledge and care of the vet Ed. He was so empathetic at the saddest of times. The care has been fantastic at all times and the vet has been wonderful

Moved to the area a couple of months ago and changed Vet’s. Have been 3 times now. Very friendly and professional. Rang at 8am and was able to get seen at 9:30am. Kept informed and was rang every step of the way when my dog was admitted. When they rang included prices for the treatment. Cannot fault them. Needed an emergency appointment a couple of months ago, arrived 10 mins before it was due to close. Vets took their time, didn’t rush. I would highly recommend.

Yesterday I visited the vets at Clayton le Dale expecting the worst for my beautiful dog. I thought she had had a stroke, thankfully in the hands of a good vet she put my mind at rest and we walked out. Also the receptionist team were also very helpful and told me about a new service they are offering on the petplan. Thank you so much ladies.
