What pet owners say
My dog Ginger has been cared for well at Henny's & questions I have are always considered & answered. Charles is very caring toward her and I'm grateful for this, all the other staff I've met are extremely friendly too.

Fully recommend this fabulous practice. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Excellent clinicians and Vets. All 3 of my Dachshunds are happy, calm and relaxed when they attend appointments. One of my rescues (Pip)has trust issues and can show aggressive behaviour towards strangers, however, on her 1st visit for a health check and vaccination the lady we saw knew exactly how to deal with these issues, Pip was calm, happy and didn't seem to notice when she was vaccinated.

Took my 10 week old puppy in and he was quite anxious as it was a foreign environment for him but the vet/nurse made him feel comfortable. The vet explained to us what treatment was needed and we got most of the medication straight away. He even got some treats which he liked! Will definitely be using their service again.

A potentially difficult appointment, but the vet was fantastic : really professional, and I felt no pressure to pay loads of money for loads of tests. The vet gave me the options & possibilities in a straightforward way without talking down or making me feel guilty about the decisions I made.

The staff at this vets are very helpful and polite. I had my 2 cat's chipped and neutered both were very well looked after. The surgery is very tidy and the vet was kind and informative. I would recommend this surgery.
