I would like to thank Alex and all the team of vets, nurses and receptionists for the care they gave our 11 year old Border Terrier, Teddy. Unfortunately today we had to make the heart breaking decision to release him from his pain. We have had a really hard 6 months with numerous illnesses coming one after another and last night was the worst so today we said our goodbyes to our most loyal and wonderful friend. The vet who dealt with us today could not have been kinder but I did not register her name through the tears. He absolutely loved coming to see you all either in Backworth or Northumberland Park surgeries. Thank you once again for all your hard work and dedication.🐶❤️

Moved vets for my little Australian Labradoodle as more convenient and they already look after my cat. Very welcoming and Archie received the attention he needed. Significantly less expensive for much needed dental work than previous vet had quoted. Easy to get it and good parking at both local branches.

The vet we saw - Marta was great, she was gentle and caring when examining Alfie our 15 year old Border. Didn’t even need his muzzle 😂 Gave some great advice and reassurance. Very happy to return.

My dog loves visiting this vet’s 😂 he’s welcomed by all staff and it makes our visits so much easier . I trust this practice and have never had any issues before . Arranging an appointment is simple and you get a choice of going to their other practices if they are fully booked. Would highly recommend
