We brought our boy Rolo into Moorview for the first time on 19th December after a referral from our vets for IVDD. He went from perfectly fine on the morning to suspected stage 1 by lunchtime and then to stage 5 no deep pain sensation by tea time. From the minute we took him there, we knew he was in the best place. He had surgery carried out by Pawel I believe, but every single person we spoke to was brilliant. We had constant updates and when we brought him home and had problems, we got support straight away. The next 10 days were a living nightmare for us but everybody at Moorview was fantastic. We were constantly on the phone asking for advice, back and forth to the hospital but nothing ever felt like too much trouble. When he was staying there after surgery, we even got video updates when he finally started eating again which honestly meant the absolute world to us. Unfortunately, 10 days after his first admission we eventually had to say goodbye to Rolo but even that was dealt with in such a sensitive manner and with so much care and consideration. He certainly wasn't the easiest dog to deal with so we know how difficult it must have been for everyone! In the nicest possible way, I hope we never have to go back with our new pup Rodney but just wanted to leave a review to say how grateful we were for everything!

Very positive experience at Moorview Referrals. Staff go above and beyond in caring for my dogs before, during and after surgery. Kind, caring and very supportive. Willing to work around my life style and work commitments whilst ensuring the dogs get the very best of care Have had positive experiences twice in the past two years with two different surgeons but 100% have the same work ethics. Would always recommend Moorview Stella is feeling sorry for herself being crated for the next few weeks but still has kisses for the staff

Moorview were excellent with our girl Poppy during one of the most difficult times of our lives. From the first phone call after our vet made the referral, all the way through her treatment and a follow up after she returned home to check how she was recovering, we could not have asked for more. Ashleigh was excellent at keeping us informed during what was understandably a very worrying time and we were very grateful for all of the staff, including the nurses who sent us photos of our girl whilst she had an overnight stay.

I would thank to give a massive thank you to everyone at moorside for looking after and helping our much loved dachshund Marlene. she was brought in on Thursday and from the moment she came in everyone was so friendly and supportive we were told we could ring to check on her at anytime and I did ring alot but everytime it was never a problem to the receptionest or the nurses to speak to me about Marlene. I Want to give a huge huge thank you to CJ who was the first person to speak to us about Marlene talked us through everything with fine detail. performed surgery and kept in touch with me throughout he was such a very professional gentleman who I want to thank so much so much for helping us. also Amanda what a very friendly lovely lady she is who handled Marlene as if she was her own so friendly she was also very funny which is a credit to moorview. I also want to thank everyone else who helped look after Marlene so sorry but didn't get all your names but each nurse and consultant I spoke to was spot on. very professional and caring people. would always recommend moorview yous are amazing 🐕❤️
