What pet owners say
I cannot praise the staff enough, from the moment the phone was picked up right through to the end of my cat's treatment. I never give full stars because I always thought 'no-one's perfect' but I cannot fault all the staff members I dealt with at all. It's a no-brainer as to who I would go to again and will happily recommend them. Thank you all for your superb expertise, compassion and obvious dedication, you are all a credit to the Practice

Yesterday I visited Mill House with my 3 cats. As always Roxie, Velma and Bertie received excellent care and attention. All 3 were very calm and chilled during their health checks and vaccinations . Here is Bertie listening to the Vet and nurse discussing his visit. All three say thank you xxx

I had to bring my dog in as an emergency whilst on holiday as she got a fish hook embedded in her lip. The service I received at Mill House Vets was amazing from the minute I rang in a panic to leaving. I would recommend them to anyone xx

I came to Mill House as an out-of-hours vet when my cat was poorly. They were absolutely amazing; the girls reassured me (I was trying to hide my panic!) and they were so good with my cat. Fingers crossed, it was just a UTI, as he seems to be back to his usual self. But he really was so sad, pained and not at all himself when we came in. The thing I appreciated most was that the girls not only cared for Marvin, but also me. They were so compassionate and empathetic, this isn't their training or responsibilities, it was pure kindness.

We have joined Mill House recently as we had our girl spayed. Everything went so well, the vets, nurses all staff were amazing, all helpful and friendly. Of course you pay for the service more than in other places but you get the best care for your pet so it is worth it.
