Lovely vet Louisa did her very best to help my Mindy when we attended as emergency in Peel. Unfortunately, Mindy was in too much pain and on Saturday, Peter in Somerset Rd was kindness personified, along with the lovely reception staff, as Mindy went to sleep. Thank you for your attentiveness, kindness, and honesty. It was not a good day but I so appreciate your empathy and patience. Also Louisa’s determination to help Mindy prior to this. 🙏

I cannot fault the care both myself and my dog received recently during an emotional visit for her to be euthanised. Everyone was so kind and helpful, especially the vet Geri (spelling?) who did not rush things, explained everything and treated my little dog with such compassion.

4am Saturday night call out!! Could moan about how expensive a call out is but...... Just want to say thank you and you guys are amazing!!!!! Had the initial 'am I being overly concerned here?' when first phoned but the vet was really good, discussed things with me to make sure vet treatment was required and there wasn't anything I could do in order to avoid the (huge!!) cost!! Once there, the Vet was brilliant. Treated the problem, listened to me, discussed the diagnosis, the prognosis, was realistic about things with me but in a really good way. And then checked up on us a few hours later to make sure things had settled down. From initial diagnosis to me phoning with odd questions, the guys at Arg Beiyn Onchan & Douglas have been brilliant.
