Excellent experience from registration to first appointment. Everything was explained and I was given excellent advice and reassurance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed what could have been a nervous 2nd vaccination appointment. Very glad i chose to register my new puppy at the Ashbourne practice.

I had to go here for some detailed investigation on my dogs problems and was referred by my own vet. I had a pleasant and polite phone call the day before explaining all I needed to know. On arrival everybody was very pleasant and understanding. My consultation was lengthy due mainly to me but all my questions were answered and at no time did I feel under pressure or rushed. Now I have the diagnosis I feel I have the knowledge to look after my pet who had limited life expectancy. The cost were reasonable considering the expertise and science involved. A big thanks to everyone.
