Our wee dog has not been well with various different ailments. The vets and all staff have went above and beyond expectations to get to the route causes to be able to help her. She is doing so much better now and back to her little diva self. Cannot recommend McKenzie Vets, Alexandria enough 🐶🐶🐾🐾

I have been taking my two rabbits to McKenzie vets since I rescued them over three years ago. They have always taking great care of them through all there 6 monthly health checks and annual boosters also both they’re neutering. They have always been honest about not being a tropical vet but their knowledge of rabbits is excellent in my opinion. They keep me upto date with new research and treatments. I am with the pet health plan which covers all this and it works for me and my bunnies.

We can't recommend McKenzie Vets highly enough. Our dog can be quite anxious at the vets and has a little bit of sass about her, but every member of staff is always so kind, patient and understanding. They respect her boundaries and do everything they can to keep her calm and stress free. We used to worry so much about taking our dog to the vets because of how reactive and stressed she could be, but thanks to the McKenzie team it's genuinely a breeze now. Their care, patience and understanding have made all the difference. As she enters her senior years, it's incredibly reassuring to know she's in such good hands. The team are not only compassionate but also incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions we have. One of the vets once told us they treat every animal as if it were their own, and that perfectly sums up the practice. Every member of staff is brilliant, and we trust them completely. We'd also highly recommend the monthly health plan, it has genuinely saved us a lot of money! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our girl.

We have a senior Yorkie who has had number of health issues lately. The vets are very experienced which makes me feel she is in very good hands. She has been looked after so well by vets and staff, I cannot thank them all enough .

Lovely welcome from reception. Took my 2 terrified kitties in for their vaccinations. Alison gave them both a thorough examination. Very caring and she gives off a great calming influence to the kits. They loved their dreamies. Confident they are under the very best care at McKenzies.
