I took my dog Willow in for her 6 monthly check up as she is with PetPlan. We met Janice, Willow loves going in, but once she clocks what’s happening she’s instantly nervous. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming to her. Nurse Janice called her through and quickly made Willow relax and her attention and consideration to Willows nervousness was second to none. To the point where she was relaxed enough to go and lie down while we chatted.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Staff take time to discuss any issues and let you know what the best solution is. They also have shown us things to buy online that's cheaper than the vet prices. Would definitely recommend this vet.

Always worried about making the right choice of vets as pet owners are very emotional and critical in my opinion 😄 definitely made the right choice for my whippet, booking system is great, monthly texts to remind me to give medication. Very approachable staff always happy to give proper advice when it would be easy to sell sell sell a service as I’m a newbie pet owner. Feel as if I’m in safe hands.
