Seen as an “emergency” within 10 minutes of arrival at surgery. Very thorough examination of dog and full explanations of outcome of examination, possible reasons for symptoms, other health concerns identified for ongoing management and treatment for immediate concerns. Detailed explanation of drugs prescribed and possible side effects to be aware of. Thankfully progress after several hours noticeable and marked improvement in 24 hours. Been with this vet for over 12 years since relocating to area.

Our 3 dogs are rescues and all have anxiety when visiting the vets. The vet that we saw was incredibly patient and was really gentle with our pups which we really appreciated. The reception staff were also super friendly and very helpful. For us, going to the vet is usually a very stressful experience. This time it was much easier thanks to the staff at Martin Veterinary Centre.

After 3 weeks of ownership brought Casey my German Shepherd girl into have Vaccinations, worming tablets and advice because she was bleeding a bit from the rear end she is in season. Casey was weighed had her temperature taken not the most pleasant experience for a dog but Irene James the Vet was superb and kept Casey calm and spoilt rotten with treats, so we will be back for all future treatments. Chose Martin Vets on recommendations, very glad I did 😀 👍.
