I travel an hour and a half to come to this vets, in Evesham; the Valley. I feel at ease as soon as I walk in, Jolie the vet is a credit to the business, she’s unbelievably good at not only making your pet feel at ease, but you as a loving owner, completely thorough, and kind, compassionate. I was considering relocation of vets as moved out of area, but I wouldn’t want anyone else to see my Nala who I adore. The travel is irrelevant when you know your fur baby is in good hands. Yesterday, my husband and I had taken our cockerpoo to your vets in Pershore , for her check up. We were happy to see the reception area was clean and tidy and we were greeted with a smile.the receptionist was helpful and polite and patient and friendly. The vets lady was helpful and understanding and took her time to look at our dog , she answered any questions we asked her and was kind and patience. We have been to Martin and Carr with our previous two dogs, they are always helpful and patience and understanding. Thank You Martin and Carr

Multiple cats and my dog are registered with the practice and I honestly can't fault them, every single member of the team i have encountered reception, vets, vet nurses-all of them are lovely. When I experienced the loss of my dog they were so compassionate and caring and took care of everything for me which was appreciated as I was heartbroken. One of my cats is currently under their care and they are doing everything they can to try and help him, squeezing in emergency appointments when I call them with concerns.
