I can't thank the team enough for the care they gave my dog. We were seen quickly, and the vet was thorough and reassuring throughout the appointment. They carefully examined his eye, explained what they were doing, and made sure I understood the treatment plan. The medication has already made a noticeable difference, and I really appreciated how kind and patient everyone was. I could not fault the fast, caring response I received when my dog had potentially, swallowed part of a stick, and although was not obviously in distress, she was very subdued, refusing food and water and definitely not herself.They made me an appointment for that morning but then I was asked to come straight to the vets to be triaged, which was a huge relief to me. She was examined by a vetinary nurse who confirmed she was in no immediate danger, so I could wait for my appointment there, or go and come back. I decided to walk my dog around locally and then come back. After only 10 minutes I got a call to say they'd had a cancellation, so could see my dog straight away. The vet was thorough in her examination and and discovered a piece of wood lodged in between my dog's back teeth which had also rubbed her tongue sore. The vet and nurse were able to remove it and prescribe pain killing medication. I could see immediately that my dog was ok. Everything had lifted and she was 'back' The service was so efficient, I would recommend to everyone who needs a vet to go to! 👌

Lovely and kind staff at Manor vets, Northfield. Always efficient service from the reception team. All the vets are very proffessional and will always offer a reassurring word. The reception is always lovely and clean and I always appreciate the reminder text and messages that are sent to me. Thank you for taking care of my little fur baby.
