We can’t thank Manor Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed towards our beloved cat, Jerry. From the moment we walked in, the whole team were kind, supportive, and understanding. They not only looked after Jerry with such professionalism, but also supported us as owners through a very difficult time. Always friendly, helpful and caring, whichever branch we attend. Parking at Northfield can be difficult, but otherwise, would highly recommend Manor Vets to anyone. It's a shame they have farmed out their out-of-hours emergency service however - £300 just to walk through the door at the animal hospital, which I believe is very likely to cause suffering and distress to both pets and their humans due to inability to pay the exorbitant up-front cost. This was a centralised decision I believe however, and no reflection on the fab vets and staff at the Practice.

I cannot recommend this vet clinic enough. The whole team is kind, professional and genuinely cares about the animals. They always take the time to explain everything clearly and make both me and my dog Lucy feel at ease. The care here is top quality and I always know my pet is in safe hands. So grateful to have found such a wonderful clinic!
