We had Vet Daniel (sorry if that's wrong) take the lead with our health check and vaccination top up for our Giant Girl. He was very informative and helpful with any concerns we had, he recommended our girl would benefit from some behaviorist training due to her high anxiety and gave us some good sites to locate the perfect trainer. Took my two chihuahuas for their 6 month check up, nails clipped ,glands expressed. Reception staff very welcoming, Chloe the nurse was really caring taking time with my stressed boy( he gets a bit bitey when scared) she was wonderful with them both. Thank you see you in November for boosters 👩🏽🦳🐶❤️

Kind, helpful and friendly reception staff.. in person and over the phone. Vets was lovely and very gentle with my little dog. Have helped me to find cost beneficial ways to afford costs for my dog and offer a great service. My dog and I are looking forward to going there again.

Having rescued an injured Pigeon in my garden, I set about contacting various organisations or charities to seek medical attention for the bird, all to no avail. RSPCA and RSPB were completely useless, another two ‘so called’ bird rescue and sanctuary establishments did not respond to messages left with them. By chance I called a local Vet to my location, Manor Vets, Halesowen who: a, Answered my call immediately. b: Offered to examine and treat the Pigeon immediately. c: Without making ANY charge to do such. The telephone reception staff member, Frankie, was responsive, courteous, kind and understanding, welcoming me to bring the bird in asap. 20minutes later I arrived at Manor Vets, Halesowen with the injured Pigeon and was met by three very friendly, caring and responsible reception staff who took care of the bird in exchange for a simple form filled out. Within a half an hour, Frankie took the time to call me back and explain that the Vet had immediately examined the Pigeon and due to the extent of the injuries, had to euthanise him/her. Vets in general have gained a reputation for charging their customers, sometimes excessively and for every part of a treatment to an animal or pet. Based on my experience with Manor Vets, Halesowen, they are genuinely a practice that cares for God’s creatures and where possible, do NOT charge regardless for their services, unless absolutely necessary. I am grateful to everyone at Manor Vets, Halesowen for their compassion, kindness and efficiency in treating this poor unfortunate soul without cost or recompense.
