What pet owners say
I would like to say a big thank you to the person (I don't remember the name—sorry!) who checked my parrot. The doctor was very understanding, explained every step, and did everything that was best for my parrot. My parrot is now happy at home after the journey and feeling well. Thank you very much. The best! ☆☆☆☆☆

We always highly recommend manor vets for exotic pets. I've been bringing my guinea pigs here for a few years now. Jack is brilliant and he always knows what's wrong just by looking at them. He's so animal friendly and he even speaks to them in an animal tone. The receptionists are really lovely too. They will do anything to help you when needed and they talk to you like you're family. An absolutely brilliant vets. Highly recommended.

I found the staff at Manor vets very professional and kind towards myself and my cat. The reception staff were also very helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending this practice.

Mags Lanlot
Took my hamster to Manor Vets (Edgbaston) a week after taking her to a different vets in the West Midlands and I felt the difference in care was oceans apart. Despite not seeing an ‘exotic’ pet vet (due to the late booking), the general vet was calm competent and immediately put me at ease. In comparison with the previous visit, my hamster was also calm. I explained the issue and she was gentle and handled the hamster carefully. Previously, Ginger was very stressed and I did not feel the vet knew how to handle a small animal and she subsequently bit both of us during the examination, which was obviously very painful for her. This time, the vet took her to be held by a nurse so she could examine her properly without the risk of me being bitten again, rather than asking me to hold her whilst prodding and poking. On return she explained the different options clearly and I felt the service was excellent. This appointment was more expensive than the previous, but you clearly get what you pay for. Hopefully Ginger will respond to the antibiotics prescribed as the alternatives to treatment are not really feasible, cost wise.
