What pet owners say
I would like to say a big thank you to the person (I don't remember the name—sorry!) who checked my parrot. The doctor was very understanding, explained every step, and did everything that was best for my parrot. My parrot is now happy at home after the journey and feeling well. Thank you very much. The best! ☆☆☆☆☆

He didn't rush answered all my questions was just grate will be my vets from now on. I have dogs thinking of moving thwm to here too. Really impressed with the professionalism ans knowledge as well as the kindness of the practice. Jack MacHale is an exceptional vet and an asset. Highly recommend this practice and Jack, clearly on top of his profession. He saved a 20 year old African grey which belonged to my parents. Another vet based in Birmingham did not help at all despite the parrot being clearly sick.

I found the staff at Manor vets very professional and kind towards myself and my cat. The reception staff were also very helpful. I would have no qualms in recommending this practice.

Big thank you to Manor Vets Edgbaston for their care of my beautiful Bobbi. Sadly my little girl was very sick and we made the decision to let her go. Aimee and the team were so kind. A few days later I received a lovely bereavement card and some seeds which I shall sprinkle over her grave.
