I have been associated with this practice 30 years, but recently acquired a new rescue bunny. At my request Emma did a home visit to clip Ziggy's nails, at home, I did not want to frighten him. Emma was fantastic, both with ZIGGY and us. Dare I say her passion for her job and genuine love of animals was apparent. Great service, care, compassion and certainly a lady to win hearts and minds, Margaret started this practice and remains a role model for the team, her professionalism and passion for animals makes this practice the best! The team are fantastic. Winston annual vax, and Bertie librela yesterday by (the great) Sara vet. Chloe vet, the nurses, and Vicky / Max are all great. I've been with them for 23 years and my loyalty is to the staff - NOT to the owners which is the very large international owner with over 1000 vet practices. If the staff left - i'd switch to privately owned vet in Shrewton.

Always fantastic, friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy going to the vets since switching to Manor Farm Vets. The team do a fabulous job! I like to use a mix of homeopathy and conventional veterinary services and these guys never point fun at me, they respect my choices and see how healthy my dog is and help me navigate my pets care using this combination of natural remedies and pharmaceutical. I always enjoy visiting them. They are kind and caring and so respectful. They’re the best.

The vet Sarah was so sympathetic and kind to Jesse my poodle when his nail was hanging off and in a lot of pain. Sarah also spent time explaining what she had to do to us and how to treat it when we got home. They are a lovely practice and my dog particularly likes Maxine. It might be something to do with the treats under her desk.

I'd just like to say what a wonderful experience I have had with Manor Farm vets with my anxious rescue dog. He had his first appointment today and I couldn't be happier with the staff and how patient and kind they have been. We were struggling with Garstons due to the number of different vets they have, my dogs anxiety got worse and worse each time he met a new person. But also I felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience to the staff there. I have felt the total opposite with Manor Farm who have been incredibly knowledgeable regarding behaviour. Honestly tearing up writing this because it will make a huge difference if my dog can have the time to desensitise to the vet. If you have a nervous/rescue, it's worth spending a bit extra to get the behavioural knowledge of the team at Manor Farm.
