My cat was undergoing dental treatment. When I arrived before the procedure, Poppy took myself and my cat into a room and gave me the time to ask any questions or express any concerns. She talked through exactly what was going to happen and was so lovely with my cat Indie, as she was very inquisitive, even trying to help Poppy on the computer by using the mouse. I didn't feel at all rushed and all my concerns were heard. On pick up, once again all the medication and food and aftercare was explained thoroughly. On taking my cat home, she was slightly sleepy but seemed to bounce back within a couple of hours and seems unscathed by the whole experience. The only negative was simply the cost, but this is no reflection on the actual service I got. Thank goodness for pet insurance! Would definitely recommend them. Always had such good experiences with all my animals, cats and rabbits, whoever I have dealt with. I have attached a photo of Indie chilling in a cool cupboard.

Phoned late in the day got an appointment for 20minutes later. Really looked after my rabbit who had stopped eating and wasn’t moving around as much. Vet checked her over, treated her and then fed her from a syringe and gave us treatment for home. Really informative and helpful and most of all kind and reassuring. She is definitely more sassy this morning and has had some treatment from me and eaten a small amount of hay and dandelions. Thank you

I have the pleasure of working with M&C on a professional and personal level and cannot fault them. The whole team are always kind, courteous and respectful but most importantly they care so much about what they do. My daughters kitten was in for a spay and I think she had a thoroughly lovely day. It was obvious that the whole team gave her a lot of love and fuss and treated her as if she was their own pet. I can't thank them enough. I'm a huge fan of Maltman Cosham Vets, and the care that my Fox Terrier Remy consistently receives. We always receive a wonderful welcome at reception. My main vet is Clare who is absolutely brilliant. On this occasion I saw, Sian, Head Nurse, for a Wellness Screen which was recommended by Clare. Sian chose to examine Remy on the floor and made the whole time a fun experience for her... she was eating treats out of Sian's hand... literally! Maltman Cosham work as a team, and it shows! We went to Maltman Cosham Vets to introduce our new dog and to find out what they suggest for her to keep her fit and healthy. All advice given was easy to understand and very helpful. She examined our dog and gave advice on diet etc. Our dog was very happy, behaved very well and got treats too!!
