The reception staff were welcoming and very efficient and quickly booked us in and gave wilson a sneaky treat which he really enjoyed. The vet was amazing, very calm and caring and treated young Wilson with great skill and compassion. So much so he did not want to leave after his treatment. The nursing staff were also great and quickly dispensed his medicine and took time to talk and cuddle Wilson. Great experience all round

We cant thank the team at Mainstone enough for their very quick response to an emergency we had with our dog in the middle of the woods. We shall be forever grateful to them for going above and beyond that day! The service we receive for our dogs over many years now has been 5*

I cannot recommend Mainstone Vets enough. I took my 3 dogs here for their routine check-up and booster vaccines. The staff are always welcoming, and Tristan is so gentle and patient, completely undertstands my dogs and their needs. It is clear the whole team genuinely loves animals.
