Booked as a new customer as our original Vet had been very unhelpful with our 10 year old Husky who was having skin problems causing her to chew her fur away . Reception called to confirm booking I’d made online and even called our old Vets tonight get Dakotas records transferred over when I explained how badly I’d been spoken to. Dakota now so much more comfortable and had such a lovely experience with the vet and all the other staff , I know she will look forward to returning for any other health issues she may have. Rang for advice as my dog had been poorly, lovely staff on reception were very helpful and got my dog in to be seen quickly. The staff made myself and my dog most welcome and service was with a smile.

Daniel who works there is an amazing vet. Reception staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating too. I'm just very sad that Daniel will no longer be working there.
