What pet owners say
Great practice and are always so welcoming and helpful with my Harry. He can be a bit nervous which can be difficult but they are always able to help. His last visit ended up being an on the day appointment as he hurt his teeth, everyone was so kind and got him in surgery that day. He’s recovering really well and we thank the whole team for looking after him .

My little boy Bowen loves going to London Road Vets the receptionists always make a fuss of him; and always very helpful. The nurses and the vets are also excellent. Bowen has been going here since he was a puppy and I’ve never known a dog be so excited about going to the vets but Bowen does. Thank you to everyone who has helped me with Bowen over the last 2 years.

London Road is an incredible Veterinary practice, and I can think of no reason not to recommend them to other dog owners. We're on the Pets Health plan where we pay monthly and it includes flea/tick and worming treatments, free consultations and discounts on neutering/spaying, alongside some other perks. I can't recommend that plan enough just on its own merits; London Road will remind you about when your pet's pills are due, and they make reordering them incredibly simple through a re-order link and a text when its ready to pick up. The practice is always clean and tidy despite the fact they obviously must have some mucky pups running in and out, and the team are never less than friendly, professional and seem to genuinely care about each animal that comes in to see them. Our Border Collie Bailey is inherently anxious - she's nervous about the car, loud noises, new places, other dogs, the wind... it's in their nature. But she loves the vets. She runs straight in every time and will sit on the weighing scales ready for her weight check. This alone shows just how much she loves coming here; and this is after an overnight stay when she got a chest infection and couldn't breathe. She does her little bum-wiggles when its her turn to be seen for a cuddle and then jumps right up onto the examination table, and she jumps up at reception to see the ladies there and say hello. Whilst we're tried to do things ourselves as pet owners to make her comfortable here, 95% of the credit goes to the team without a doubt. I cannot recommend London Road enough.

Talkative Llama
We have had a few issues with our little cat, and London Road couldn’t have been more helpful. They have made us feel completely at ease and genuinely care about the animals they see. They are also mindful about cost, and seem to find ways of taking alternative routes when budgets are tighter. Thank you London Road! 🐱❤️

Awh poor Cara was not herself at all, and i had to bite the bullet and take her to be seen, she was a very good kitty and was very tolerant of being prodded and poked, very gently i hasten to add, and it was determined she may have cistitis, no wonder she was crying. After and injection and coming away with some liquid med she has indeed come on leaps and bounds and is now a very happy cat , regained her appetite and purring well. Thank you all
