⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Links Veterinary Group - Haddington Our dog Kurama was admitted to Links Veterinary Practice in Haddington on 1 January 2026 in an extremely serious condition, suffering from severe bloody diarrhoea and vomiting. From the moment we arrived, the response from the entire team was immediate, calm and highly professional. Kurama deteriorated rapidly, and it soon became clear that emergency surgery was required to stop internal bleeding. Throughout this incredibly stressful time, the vets communicated with clarity, honesty and compassion, ensuring we understood every step and felt fully involved in the decision-making process. Kurama remained hospitalised for five days, during which he received outstanding care. We were consistently impressed by the clinic itself—extremely well equipped, spotless, transparent and professionally run—but above all by the people. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Ingrid, Geraldine, Elise, Rory, Stephanie, Tamara, Adrianna, Karen, Sue, Samantha, Nicole and anyone else supporting in the background. Each of you showed exceptional dedication, skill and genuine kindness, and we will never forget the care you gave to Kurama when he needed it most. Thanks to this incredible team, Kurama is now back home and recovering, something that felt uncertain when we first arrived. We cannot recommend Links Veterinary in Haddington highly enough and will always be grateful for everything you did for our dog and for us as a family.
