Im from Hertfordshire and came up for the day looking at houses. We had our big german shepard with us. We had half hour spare between viewings so took him to a park. We were stupid and threw a stick as we forgot his ball and Frisbee, the stick lodged into ground and impaled him down his throat as he ran to get it. There was lots of blood . I called through to their emergency line and explained. They saw him straight away. Sam was so lovely and caring and understood him, she was gentle and made adaptions to suit him because she knew he was frightened and felt vulnerable. We are ever so grateful for their help. We felt that they were very reasonably priced. She answered all our questions and gave great advice when we called after when he wasn't drinking. The place was really clean and receptionist was friendly and several places to sit away from others if needed. I'll always feel guilty about us being stupid enough to throw a stick after what happened to monty dons dog but we are eternally grateful for their help. I highly recommend them.

Our 14 year old Pointer Darcy was seen by Ellie/Ella yesterday she treated him with kindness, understanding.and compassion , and made the experience pleasant for him. He bounced into the house when he got home. This boy tmeans the world to us .... thank you

Amazing first visit! We saw Rebecca for my cat Willow's yearly booster vaccinations and nail clipping. Rebecca was so sweet to my Willow! She was knowledgeable, kind, caring and so helpful! The reception staff were also great! Really impressed with my first visit...as was Willow...she felt so relaxed, she nodded off in her carrier on our way out!

I used LimeTrees with my previous dog Copper who was quite poorly and we were at the practice many times. Sadly he died last year and today I came in with my new puppy for the first time. It was like coming home. The reception staff recognised me straight away and I was made to feel welcome and valued. Yes I could probably get cheaper Vet close by but I go to Lime Trees for the excellent caring service Copper received and I am sure Arthur will receive the same. Thanks to everyone of you. xxxx
